Job Title: Thermoforming Head
Experience: 10–15 Years
CTC: ₹12-13 LPA (No flexibility)
Location: Sonipat (Kundli)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead complete thermo-forming shop operations and production activities.
Manage manpower, machine utilization, production planning, and process control.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum quality and minimum rejection.
Handle process optimization, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement.
Develop and improve thermo-forming processes, tooling, and cycle time optimization.
Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
Handle troubleshooting of machines, molds, and production-related issues.
Develop and train shop floor manpower and supervisors.
Support new product development and trial activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in thermo-forming processes and automobile component manufacturing.
