Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead complete thermo-forming shop operations and production activities.
• Manage manpower, machine utilization, production planning, and process control.
• Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum quality and minimum rejection.
• Handle process optimization, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Develop and improve thermo-forming processes, tooling, and cycle time optimization.
• Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
• Handle troubleshooting of machines, molds, and production-related issues.
• Develop and train shop floor manpower and supervisors.
• Support new product development and trial activities.
