Role Impact:

The Tenant Relations Manager plays an integral role in representing CF as a key contact in maintaining strong tenant relationships. In this role, the Tenant Relations Manager works collaboratively to create a highly engaged and positive tenant experience so that CF can continue to excel as an industry leader in customer service. 

What you will deliver:

  • Represent CF as a key contact in maintaining positive and professional relationships with tenants

  • Work collaboratively with corporate functions, Senior Property Management, operations, project management, leasing, legal, security and life safety, accounts receivable, and third party contractors, to initiate any necessary action to ensure CF maintains strong tenant relations in accordance with the lease

  • Partner with projects and leasing teams to actively track all new lease deals, relevant key leasing dates to ensure a seamless move in or move out process
