Manager, Technologies, Connectivity and Application Development

We’re looking for a senior manager to lead and inspire the mobile, embedded, and backend development teams across our Connectivity and Application Development department. Your mission will be to define and drive a cohesive technology vision while ensuring high quality, secure, and scalable solutions that enhance the digital experience for BRP customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise three teams – two mobile (iOS/Android) and one backend.
• Define and maintain the medium‑ and long‑term technological vision for Connectivity and Mobile.
• Ensure consistency in development, integration, and delivery practices among teams.
• Establish and evolve work processes, CI/CD pipelines, technical documentation, and code reviews.
