Manager – Technical Sales

Job Summary
The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal and tendering function, including technical and commercial bid preparation, cost estimation, and submission of competitive proposals for engineering projects/services. The incumbent will manage bid strategy, coordinate with technical, operations, and commercial teams, and ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions to secure business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Proposal & Tender Management
Lead preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and bids
Review RFQs/RFPs, tender documents, and client requirements
Develop bid strategy, pricing approach, and proposal structure
Ensure compliance with client specifications and tender requirements
Manage complete proposal lifecycle from inquiry to submission
Estimation & Costing
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing models
