Role: Direct Tax Location: Old Airport Road, Bangalore Key Purpose of the Job: Ensuring completion of all direct tax compliances and related matters What Youll Do: Ensure direct tax compliances, including but not limited to income tax returns, TDS, TCS etc for all the entities of the group. Ensure there is no delay in getting tax audits and assessments done Adhere to strict timelines for responding to notices issued by the authorities Prepare tax computations for remitting advance tax and creating tax provisions in the books Support internal teams on addressing the day-to-day queries Interaction with consultants on various tax compliance activities Handle reconciliations between books and returns, preparing schedules for audits.
