Manager - Talent Acquisition ( Tech )

As a Manager Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on hiring for technology, engineering, and product teams across both hardware (e.g., IoT, embedded devices) and software (e.g., backend, frontend, data) profiles. You will play a critical role in strengthening Recykal's talent engine, collaborating closely with department heads to understand evolving needs, while ensuring timely closures and an excellent candidate experience.
