We are seeking a strategic solution Manager to drive Amazon Shipping's SWA initiative across India, focusing on expanding merchant adoption and operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, sales enablement, and network optimization, requiring deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to unlock new delivery capabilities . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end program execution-from gathering shipper requirements and reviewing BRDs with Product teams to driving adoption strategies with Sales and ensuring seamless operational integration. You'll be responsible for building scalable solutions that enhance shipping speed and reliability while managing complex stakeholder relationships across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams to deliver measurable business impact through volume growth, improved delivery performance, and merchant satisfaction.
