Applications are invited for the Full‑Time position of Support Services Manager at our long‑term care facilities located in St. Paul, Alberta.

Reporting to the Administrator, the Support Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Food Service operations to meet the needs of residents and to ensure effective and efficient preparation and delivery of support and meal services within legislative and budgetary constraints.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, organize, and provide high‑quality support and food services for residents, families, and visitors.
  • Apply continuous quality improvement principles to workflow, performance, production, and changes to service, including dietary requirements to meet legislative requirements.
