The Role

As Manager, Structured Finance Operations , you will lead the day‑to‑day operational activities supporting securitization programs and asset‑backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduits within Global Wholesale Operations (GWO). You will oversee operational processing, controls, business continuity, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring a scalable and well‑controlled operating environment.

You will partner with Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Audit teams to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business growth across the Structured Finance platform.
