ROLE: Drive strategic initiatives directly under the CEO, overseeing critical projects Identify and solve key business issues impacting multiple departments Lead planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects with measurable outcomes Work closely with the C-suite and department leaders to align goals and initiatives Generate actionable insights using data to support organizational strategy Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders as required Contribute to the company's strategic direction and long-term planning Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful project delivery Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred; 3+ years experience; proactive, strategic, and results-driven
