:Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Compliance Monitoring & Testing Team, this role serves as a strategic partner to the AVP, focused on strengthening alignment, structure, and execution across the team. The Manager is responsible for improving how work is prioritized, coordinated, and communicated, ensuring greater cohesion, clarity, and flow across core functions. By building effective planning, reporting, and operating rhythms, this role enables consistent delivery, supports enterprise expectations, and helps embed scalable practices that enhance long-term effectiveness and resilience across the function.
