Department: New Store Development / Expansion

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (HQ) — with travel to project sites

Experience: 3–4 years

CTC Range: ₹10–14 LPA

About the Role

Maiz is a fast-growing fast-casual food chain scaling rapidly across cities. This role owns the design-to-handover journey for every

new store: translating the brand's design language into a buildable layout, costing it accurately, and ensuring contractors

execute it on time, on budget, and to spec. You will work across multiple stores in parallel, at different stages of design and build.

Key Responsibilities

Develop store layout plans for new outlets based on the approved brand prototype/design language, adapting to each site's

actual dimensions and constraints
