Manager/ Sr. Mgr. - Mechanical Maint.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge of sheet metal tools (progressive) and zinc die casting process
• Basic knowledge of plating and paint technology
• Operation and maintenance experience on VMC, CNC turning machines, and power press machines (15 to 25 Ton capacity)
• Experience with heat chamber machines
• Skilled in breakdown and preventive maintenance of machine shop, assembly shop, and heat treatment areas
• Creating and executing preventive maintenance schedules and maintaining daily/monthly breakdown reports
• Arranging and managing spare parts for servicing and maintenance
• Troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines
• Updating and maintaining service and maintenance reports and records
• Coordination with multiple departments to meet customer and company schedule milestones
