Product performance, feature improvements Responsible for AHRI Product and test bed certification Development of software, maintenance of existing software and release of new versions Responsible for proper commissioning & operation of new products at sites and providing technical support to service dept. for existing products Responsibility to resolve problems if any and performance monitoring during testing of chiller in factory. conducting technical training/ presentations at factory and at customers' place
