Job Description
The Manager Solutions Design supports the growth of Ryder's Supply Chain offerings by helping to win new business through a combination of strategic insight, content creation, and solution alignment.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate an understanding of our customers’ business.
Design and produce content that illustrates financial value to our customers.
Assist the pursuit team with shaping win plans consistent with our solution design.
Manage the Solutions Design process and the associated internal and external SMEs, holding them accountable to overall project expectations and timeline.
Create content aligned with Ryder’s operational and technical capabilities.
Write and deliver a compelling proposal and presentations that influence the customer decision to select Ryder.
