Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Governance & Frameworks

  1. Support the Test Lead in rolling out testing standards and frameworks across projects.
  2. Provide templates, training, and coaching to Ops users to enable effective UAT execution.
  3. Review and perform quality checks on test documentation (test cases, scripts, defect logs) for large/critical projects.
  4. Monitor compliance with testing policies and highlight deviations for corrective actions.

Operational Delivery

  1. Prepare and maintain test templates, reusable packs, and scenario libraries.
  2. Support test planning activities with Project Managers and Domain Leads.
  3. Track progress of testing execution and highlight risks/issues to the Testing Lead.
