What you will do
● Supervise the technology team, interview and select people, motivate and inspire the team
and drive retention and employee engagement.
● Provide software engineers constant feedback and prepare individual development plans to
have team members prepared for succession or to occupy new seniority positions.
● Ensure the quality of deliveries, prioritize initiatives oriented to metrics (eg reliability, code
smells, technical debts, bugs), define quality strategy and quality techniques/frameworks
