Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements through helping the team align with prioritized backlog, while contributing to technical solutions by helping to define user storiesEnsure alignment with product vision through collaboration and frequent communication with technical leadership and product owner. Establish team organization in support of product directionLead a team to understand, adhere to and consistently implement the software development lifecycle. Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks to the team and leadership
