**Position Overview**
The Manager Software Engineering t will lead a team of Full Stack Developers and be responsible for design, development, delivery, and support of Tools and Mobile Apps for Merchandising Org. This leader must be able to work collaboratively with business stakeholders as well as Application and Infrastructure Managers across multiple disciplines to execute a strategy of delivering sustainable, cost-effective business solutions, while setting and maintaining priorities. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills as well as proven experience managing development and operational activities.
