The Traffic Engineering team owns affirm’s critical routing and network infrastructure to run the core product. Our customers are affirm users and other engineering teams. We build and expose simple interfaces of online infrastructure components such as CDN edge routing, RPC layer, and gateway artifacts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering teams responsible for Edge Traffic Infrastructure, ensuring the networking architecture remains resilient to affirm’s growing needs.
• Define and deliver a vision, strategy, and roadmap on a year-long timescale for ingress and egress points of our system, tying that roadmap to business impact.
