This position reports to the Director of NA Engineering and is responsible for leading technical support, application management, and quality functions for customer‑facing digital products and platform services. The role involves collaborating with development and business technology leaders to restore service during outages, identify mitigation strategies, and plan critical maintenance to maximize uptime and productivity for commercial customers.
