Description

What you can look forward to as Manager Software Development 

•Executes on the development budget and – in conjunction with the solution architects – ensures supply of suitable and best-trained development capacity into the agile teams. Leads the team of developers disciplinarily.
•Holds relations to existing and potential new external development service providers.
•Liaises with ZF internal cross-functional stakeholders (purchasing, QA, …) to ensure compliance and knowledge exchange.
•Provides professional and methodological guidance and leadership for the different roles and skillsets within the development workforce.
•Has an excellent overview related to the resource and capability management in the development teams to ensure together with the solution architects that the right skills are at the right place at the right time.
