Manager, Site Reliability Engineer, Platform

The Platform Technical Lead will lead the Platform Squad within the SRE Tribe, acting as the technical authority and an enabler for engineering and business squads. This role owns platform standards and lifecycle management to ensure our cloud-native capabilities are reliable, scalable, secure, and operable according to SRE best practices.

You will drive long-term architectural vision while balancing innovation with operational stability, and you will establish strong operational processes and observability foundations across Cloud, Kubernetes, and Service Mesh environments.

What you'll do:

• Act as the technical owner of the Platform Squad, defining, driving, and enforcing platform standards across the full lifecycle (design, rollout, upgrades, and decommissioning) for:
  • Cloud infrastructure
