Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception
  • Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation
  • Provides weekly work schedules
  • Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary
  • Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training
  • Resolves customer complaints that have been escalated
  • Managing, coaching and motivating team of sales staff and therapist
  • Maintain updates on promotion, benefits and offer to customers
  • Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
  • Handle customers' enquiries and provide professional consultation
