What the role is:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join the HR Plans and Data Governance team to support developments of HR digital transformation in DSTA.
What you will be working on:You will need to ensure the end-to-end data automation, coherency and governance across HR-related systems to protect HR data and facilitate HR data analytics. The intent is to enable HR to effectively attract, develop, engage, and retain the desired workforce in DSTA through evidence‑based, data‑driven insights and strategies in a timely manner.
- Work with HR and IT counterparts to plan and implement a digital transformation roadmap for the adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems in HR.
- Keep abreast of HR technology developments and leverage technology to streamline HR processes and improve HR productivity. Research and perform horizon scanning to ensure HR remains digitally competent and future‑ready to achieve HR strategic outc...
