Position Summary...
The Security Manager CBE Chennai/Bengaluru, reporting to the Senior Security Manager at WM IDC Chennai, will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the Walmart Centre of Business Excellence (WMCBE-CES) where he is deployed i.e. at Bengaluru Or at Chennai, including its physical assets, associates, and vendors. The WMCBE may be housed in multiple buildings across various parts of the city, and will operate 24/7, with night shifts shared alternatively with the other Security Manager's on role.
The Security Manager will assist in developing and implementing comprehensive security policies for the facility, associates, and vendors across multiple locations within Bengaluru / Chennai. They will be expected to undertake tasks assigned by the Security Manager from time to time and will be responsible for taking on the duties of the Security Manager WMCBE-CES in their absence.
