About the Role The Revenue Operations team is critical to driving the success of our go-to‑market functions. As the

Manager, Sales Commissions , you will own the end‑to‑end commissions process and strategy, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with GTM and company‑wide objectives. You will be responsible for delivering timely and compliant payouts, driving process improvements, and producing strategic insights that inform incentive design and sales performance. Partnering closely with senior leadership across GTM, RevOps, P&C, and Finance, you will ensure commissions programs support both growth and accountability. You will also lead, coach, and scale a team of analysts to elevate the rigor, automation, and impact of our commissions engine.
