Manager, Revenue & Data Analytics

About the Role:

Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Manager, Revenue & Data Analytics to drive revenue performance and enhance data‑driven decision‑making across our residential portfolio. Leveraging a mix of proprietary data, third‑party market intelligence, and advanced analytics, this role will develop and execute pricing, concession, and marketing strategies to optimize rent rolls, occupancy, and overall asset value. The role will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Asset Management, Marketing, Leasing and Operations to align financial goals with leasing and marketing execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and interest in data analytics, with the ability to generate data‑driven insights, build sophisticated models, and use advanced analytical tools and technologies to guide strategic decision‑making.
