Position Overview

Cantina del Centro Revelstoke is looking for a Full-Time Manager (NOC 60030). This is a full-time, permanent position with 32 hours per week.

Job Description

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant
• Organize staff activities to ensure efficient food and beverage service
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, liquor, and workplace regulations
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
