Manager, Resource (Network Operations)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resource development for data center projects, covering land, power, utilities, connectivity, and permitting.
• Support early‑stage project planning by ensuring resource readiness aligns with development timelines, investment decisions, and business objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current and pipeline projects, key development milestones, and long‑term expansion plans, proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
• Act as a key coordination point for external stakeholders such as municipalities, utilities, grid operators, landowners, regulatory authorities, and external consultants.
• Support discussions and alignment with power and infrastructure providers to ensure timely availability of required capacities and services.
