About the Role

Manager, Relational Security at Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) leads a team of security professionals, develops and implements corporate relational security programs, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards across VCH.

Responsibilities

• Work jointly with other departmental managers and leaders, providing leadership and direction to a team of security professionals across VCH.
• Be responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing, and directing relational security operations, including leading the development and implementation of corporate relational security programs and services, developing effective employee event reporting systems, de-escalation and prevention strategies, monitoring service delivery, and reporting key indicators to senior management.
