Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute in‑store guidelines to drive business and traffic.
• Partner with stores to implement strategic visual merchandising decisions.
• Participate in floor sets with key partners; provide timely feedback, ideas, and solutions to enhance customer experience and ROI.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure visual merchandising aligns with company and brand requirements.
• Provide consistent merchandising direction on brand standards to field management.
• Identify business opportunities with Field Partners and managers and deliver action plans aligned with company goals.
• Organize and deliver store openings and pop‑up installations.
• Support marketing initiatives and event set‑ups.
• Stay current on competition activities, report insights to Head of Field and SVP of VE.
