Job Description

About this position:

R2R Manager will be responsible for managing the record-to-report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. This role involves coordinating with various departments and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and control.

Report to Group Manager of R2R.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting activities for financial statement preparation, in accordance with IFRS, Japan accounting regulations, and Japan tax regulations
  • Manage sales/rebate accounting activities, and pension accounting including monthly reconciliations, analysis and data maintenance
  • Monitor inventory/lease/fixed assets/intercompany transaction process and other closing activities including support and collaboration with overseas members
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reviews
