CACEIS Malaysia, a trusted hub of asset servicing since 2008, is looking for a Manager to lead our reconciliations team. The role involves ensuring high‑quality, risk‑free processing for asset and cash accounts, driving process improvements, and fostering a client‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the reconciliations team, including performance management, capacity planning, and new staff onboarding.
• Manage day‑to‑day processing of asset and cash account reconciliations using tools and manual platforms, ensuring all risks are identified and resolved.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of reconciliation breaks and lead initiatives to reduce outstanding items.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement, ensuring reconciliations meet the highest standards and are escalated appropriately.
