Job Description
**Purpose and Scope:**
The Manager, R&D System Configuration Planisware supports Astellas’ implementation of Planisware (Helix) which is being actively used by R&D personnel supporting important and/or compliance relevant processes as well as smaller configuration (L1) and data structure updates in the context of expected evolution of business needs, to keep the system, including its integrations, fully functional and aligned with current business needs. The Manager, R&D System Configuration Planisware has a deep understanding of both the current features and functionalities of the Planisware solution, the existing data model and how both are being used in the regular executing of business processes to support the same, partnering closely with other team members in DigitalX and regularly interfacing with users and partnering with stakeholders in business functions to augment the existing configuration as necessary to keep the system well aligned with business needs.
