Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ/Proposal/Budget Estimates based on users need.
- Prepare project drawings through third-party/consultants.
- Ensure mobilization of resources through contractor.
- Co- ordination, monitoring of day-to-day project execution of projects.
- Co-ordination with Design and Project Management consultants.
- Conduct meetings with project stake holders viz. Consultants /Contractors for Project activity planning in order to execute the works as per schedule.
- Ensure procurements of Materials as per technical specifications Standards of Indian Railway.
- Ensure all changes to specifications/work scope/drawings are documented.
- Own the procurement process and support various Commercial team to formulate the strategic sourcing, subcontracting, vendor due diligence and management,
