POSITION SUMMARY
:The Quick Service department at Canucks Sports & Entertainment handles concession-style food and beverage sales throughout Rogers Arena’s concourse levels during events. This includes serving food, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast-pace environment. The Manager, Quick Service Experience will be responsible for driving the concourse fan experience and the employee experience for the part time Quick Service staff. This role will be focused on monitoring staffing levels and recruiting new part time staff, developing training programs to create a premium service standard for our fans, and working with our People team on all labour relations matters relating to part-time Quick Service staff. The position will also provide operational support to the Quick Service management team.
