Job Description
Shape quality assurance protocols as the QC Manager at Bimeda's Cambridge location. Drive operational excellence for testing processes on the day shift, Monday to Friday.
In this strategic leadership role, you'll report to the Director of Quality Assurance Canada. You will be responsible for managing laboratory activities to deliver timely, accurate testing while ensuring compliance with protocols. Your leadership will promote accountability and collaboration across a multi-shift team, driving continuous development and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations
• Foster a culture of employee engagement in the lab
