• Lead and develop a team of QC analysts and laboratory assistants, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Oversee all laboratory operations including testing schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
• Evaluate and approve raw materials, packaging components, and finished products according to established specifications
• Review and authorize analytical test results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation including SOPs, test methods, specifications, and validation protocols
