Responsibilities Ensure the necessary processes for the Quality System area are established, implemented and maintained and foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement in the area. Report to the Plant Manager and the Performance Management team regarding the quality system and any need for improvement. Ensure awareness of customer requirements at all organizational levels of American Standard. Oversee the updating and generation of procedures according to changes. Oversee the monitoring of internal audits to ensure the quality of processes and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Review and update the audit criteria.
