Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Lead end-to-end prototype builds for EV & ICE vehicles from concept to pilot stage
Oversee fabrication, machining, assembly, and painting while improving build quality
Plan and execute prototype builds aligned to NPD milestones with cross-functional coordination
Handle BOM-based procurement, vendor development, and prototype manufacturing (RPT, soft tooling, silicone parts)
Drive process excellence through SOPs, work instructions, and DFM/DFA/DFMEA/PFMEA practices
Manage facilities, tooling, jigs/fixtures, budget, and manpower for prototype operations
Lead project tracking, supplier coordination, cost optimization (VAVE), and team performance development
Experience
