Job Responsibilities

• Strategis Leadership and Business Oversight: Support the department head to lead and oversee the end-to-end business support for the insurance/takaful Partnership distribution channel. Drive strategic planning &execution to support sales growth, operational efficiency and market competitiveness. Provide leadership in business analytics, sales forecasting and channel insights to enable data driven decisions. Oversee the transformation of data visualization and reporting through digital tools such as Power BI, etc. Monitor and enhance market share positioning through sales performance tracking and competitive analysis.
• Reporting & Analytics: Manage the delivery of accurate and timely sales performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external partners.
