Job Description

The Proposal Project Manager (PPM) is accountable for the overall request for proposal (RFP) for all pharmacy products for the sales organization. The PPM manages the RFP from receipt through final submission, ultimately ensuring all components of the proposal are submitted accurately and on-time.


Responsibilities

· Thorough review and understanding of all RFP documents and sales strategy documents

· Create and maintain overall project timeline

· Own client-specific data requirements (not repeatable content)

· Coordinate analysis requests.

o Disruption requests, GeoAccess, Network Disruptions, Clinical Savings and other

analysis requests needed

· RFP assignments to key players within the RFP process (i.e. PCOA, PGA, PW, pricing, etc.)

· Coordinate all strategy calls, including internal team calls

· Compile and distribute meeting notes, clearly identify actionable items
