Job Description

• Understand technical concepts, architecture, structure and other disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project planning and design development process.
• Foster communication across functional departments and coordinate with various stakeholders in the property development.
• Lead design development stage from initiation to completion.
• Translate conceptual design and applied technical knowledge in translating design into buildability, while meeting project specifications, including quality, cost effectiveness and timely deliverables
• Drive the team in ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Lead design coordination meeting, constantly review on the design details across all the drawings submission by the team consultant.
