Job Title: Manager – Maintenance & Projects Location: Prithla Department: Maintenance Reports To: Mr. Rajiv Arora Job Purpose To ensure effective maintenance of plant machinery, utilities, and infrastructure while managing and executing engineering projects, upgrades, and improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintenance Management Formulate and implement a proactive maintenance plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Lead the maintenance teams across mechanical, electrical and specialized equipment’s. Develop and manage maintenance schedule to ensure minimal disruption to production activities. Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance activities with production schedule. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for routine tasks.
