DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Must be able to start a project from feasibility study and manage the project until VP.
  2. To manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and relevant external
    agencies to ensure the project is managed according to the company's policy to achieve the project
    objectives.
  3. To ensure the project is completed within the timeframe, contracts and authorities' requirements.
  4. Plan and secure authorities' approval time for the implementation of the property development projects.
