The Manager oversees the development and implementation of quality frameworks, ensures the institution remains compliant with regulatory bodies and leads the operational delivery of high-stakes assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA) & Enhancement

Framework Management: Develop and maintain the Institutional Quality Handbook, ensuring all policies align with national standards. Program Validation: Lead the approval process for new courses and the periodic review of existing ones to ensure academic rigor. Student Voice: Oversee student feedback mechanisms (surveys, focus groups) and ensure the You Said, We Did cycle is completed. Annual Monitoring: Manage the annual program monitoring process, identifying trends in student achievement and progression.
