What You'll Do
- The Manager – Program Management is responsible for leading a team of program managers to ensure successful execution of a cross‑functional project portfolio for supply chain This includes governance of timelines, risk/issue management, stakeholder alignment, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement
- The role acts as the senior escalation point for program‑level challenges and ensures disciplined program execution in alignment with business goals
- This role is also responsible to lead continous improvement and process discipline efforts and should challenge the status quo and build a sense of urgency and ownership on projects and cross functions involved
- Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 program management professionals, ensuring capability building, skills development, and succession readiness
