The Manager, Program Development, Training and Analytics plays a key role in advancing divisional initiatives by providing operational leadership, technical expertise, and program oversight across multiple portfolios.
This position is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and improvement of division-wide programs, training, research, and operational frameworks that enhance enforcement service delivery. The Manager will support all enforcement sections by driving consistency, service modernization, and innovation, while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, evolving legislative frameworks, and community expectations.
